Rental Agreement & Regulations
Note: Rentals will not be reserved until the full balance is received. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the reservation date to receive a refund.
No alcoholic beverages permitted on the property.
No tape, nails, or tacks on any walls, ceilings, windows, or floors.
Rental time is strictly from 9:00 AM until 10:30 PM. Failure to leave by 10:30 PM will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
Premises are monitored by 24/7 security cameras.
Cleanup Guidelines
Mops and brooms are available in the storage closet.
All spills must be cleaned up immediately.
Tables and chairs must be wiped clean and returned to their original positions.
All kitchen equipment must be cleaned and turned off. Secure the refrigerator door and remove all food or beverages.
All trash must be placed in the outside dumpster, and the dumpster area must be left clean.
