Rental agreement

Building includes big room, bathrooms and kitchen: $275 with a $50 refundable security deposit upon inspection of the building.
Small room includes the room and bathrooms: $175 with a $50 refundable security deposit upon inspection of the building.
Park includes pavilion, bathrooms, and ball feild: $50

Rentals will not be reserved until full balance is recieved.

To recieve a refund,cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to reservation date

Regulations:

1. No alcholic beverages on property,
2.No tape, nails, or tacks on any walls, ceilings, windows, floors, etc.
3. Rental time is from 9:00 am until 10:30 pm. Failure to leave by 10:30 pm will result in a forfeiture of security deposit.
4.There must always be adult supervision
5. Premises are monitored by surveillance cameras.

Clean up: A mop and broom are avalible in closet for your use

1. All spills must be cleaned up
2. Tables and chairs must be wiped clean and put back the way you found them
3. All kitchen equipment must be cleaned and turned off. secure refridgerator door and remove all your items.
4. All trash must be placed in the dumpster and dumpster area must be clean.
